Torn - Rated M (Multi-chapter WIP)
                                                                                   Banner Made by: TKegl

Summary: Bella has a difficult time dealing with her narcissistic boss, Edward, and the charming co-founder, Jasper. She thinks Edward is keeping secrets from her, but will she be able deal with the consequences of what they are? AH, lemons.

Excerpt:

I was looking at Rosalie’s and my kitchen table with different newspapers scattered across it. Each newspaper was open to the classified section where the jobs were listed. There were red circles all over the place. If you were looking at a birds-eye view of them, it probably would have looked like a cluster of red targets. Too bad none of those targets had actually led me to a job.

“Stupid recession. Why is it so hard to find a decent job that doesn’t involve fast food or stripping?” I had graduated with honors from UW with an English degree and found it impossible to find a job. I knew that an English degree was more of a supplemental degree, but at least it was better than nothing. What could I say? I had always loved books.

Rose chuckled at me. “Sweetie, I don’t think you could pull off a stripping job. You’re too much of a prude.”

I turned to look at her. “I’m offended. I am not a prude.”

“Okay, Miss I-haven’t-fucked-a-guy-in-two-years.”

So she might have been right about my not sleeping with anyone in two years, but it wasn’t my fault I hadn’t found a decent guy. I wasn’t going to just go start sleeping around with anyone, or anything, with a dick.

Paisley Silk Scarf - Rated T (O/S written for Fandom For Sexual Assault Awareness)
                                                                           Banner Made by: Beautiful Liar

Summary: Bella doesn’t understand why Edward left her and struggles to come to terms with the way her life has turned out. What happens when an unexpected visitor shows up and turns her lackluster life upside down?

Excerpt:

Bella sat down across from Alice and took a sip of the water that was sitting there.

“Hey! That’s mine!” Alice grabbed the glass and held it against her chest as if it were her child she was protecting.

“Well, you should have told the waiter you were expecting someone, and then I wouldn’t have to drink from your glass.” Bella stuck her tongue out at Alice, and she gasped.

“I’m going to tell Angela on you!” Bella rolled her eyes yet again. Angela was Bella’s twin sister who was a few minutes older than her. Angela always rubbed that in her face and used it to her advantage. Of course, she loved her sister to death, and she was really close with her, but sometimes she could be a pain and knew how to push Bella’s buttons.

“Anyway, what have you been up to lately? I feel like I never see you at work.”

“Well, of course you don’t. You’re Miss I’m-my-own-boss-and-tell-people-what-to-do,” Alice said in a fake snooty voice.

“Oh, whatever. You never answered my question. What have you been up to lately?”

“Nothing much. Just hung out with Emmett and Rose last weekend. We went to that new club up on Varick. I think it’s called Greenfarm or Greenham. Maybe it’s Greenplant. I don’t know. It’s Green- something.”

“Greenhouse. It’s called Greenhouse. Was it nice? I’ve heard good things about it. Is it worth even taking my time to go to?”

There was a strange look that passed over Alice’s face quickly, but Bella caught it.

“What’s wrong, Alice?”

“Nothing. It’s just someone I saw at the nightclub. Actually, someone that’s working at the nightclub.”

“Who?” A million different options ran through Bella’s head, but she never anticipated the name that came out of Alice’s mouth.

“It was Edward. He’s working as a bartender there.”

I Want To Feel Something - Rated M (Completed O/S)

Summary: Edward is an overachieving workaholic who is forced into a day off. While pouting about his predicament, he runs into a beautiful woman who extracts his "other side". AH, O/S.

Excerpt:

"Oh my god! I am so sorry. Are you okay?" I turned around to see who was talking to me. Standing before me was the most beautiful woman I had ever laid eyes on. She had long brown hair that had some red tints that glinted in the sun. Her big brown eyes were endless. She was wearing a white tank top and cut-off jean shorts. I was too busy gawking at her to feel dog slobber on my foot. Forcing my eyes away from her, I saw she had at least eight dogs on leashes.

"I don't know what happened. I think Mindy spotted a seagull or something and went for it." I looked back up at her soulful eyes.

Damn Cullen, you're being a complete girl. Get your head out of your ass and man up! What guy thinks a girl has soulful eyes? Seriously?

"Are you okay?" I think she had already asked me that, but I was being a complete pussy.

I stood up and wiped off the sand that was stuck to my chest with sweat.

"Don't worry about it. I'm fine." When I looked back at her, her eyes were glued to my chest where I had just wiped off the sand. I smirked and was glad that I regularly worked out when I wasn't at the office.

Look Who's Realizing Now - Rated M (Completed O/S written for Fandom for Preemies)
                                                                              Banner Made by: becksishere

Summary: Edward gets stuck in Denver while on a business trip and Bella is back in Chicago giving birth to their first child. Not a good situation. My O/S entry for the Fandom for Preemies compilation.

Excerpt:

This can't be happening. Not now … especially not fucking right now.

"Airtran Flight 418 to Chicago has a two hour delay due to the impending snow storm. All passengers of this flight should proceed through security and wait at their assigned terminal for their boarding to be called. Sorry for any inconvenience."

Bella is going to kill me. It is that simple. I promised her I would be there, and I let her down yet again. It seems like every time I make a promise to her, my job gets in the way. And here is a prime example of just that. I'm missing the birth of my own child, because I absolutely couldn't miss this important business trip.

Waking Up - Rated T
                                                                            Banner Made by: becksishere

Summary: Bella has a crush on an actor that everyone is in love with. One day she wakes up and finds that she is married to him, and they have a daughter. Will she ever remember their life before she woke up? AH

Excerpt:

Everything in the room was white. The bed was white. The carpet was white. The walls were white. The entire back wall was glass, and it overlooked the backyard where there was an Olympic size pool, the horse stable, and about five acres of woods. There was a bathroom connected to the bedroom that had a Jacuzzi tub. Bella knew she would have to remind herself to use that. There was also a wood burning fireplace across from the bed and a plasma screen TV above that.

Bella turned around and ran right into Edward. He was standing directly behind her. He caught the top of her arms before she could fall backwards.

"Are you okay? You seem really quiet." Edward said, looking down at Bella. She realized he was about half a foot taller than her.

"I'm fine." Bella said, trying to seem natural.

"You keep saying that, but I don't think you are." Edward said, gazing into her eyes.

Bella could feel the electric charge running between them. It seemed like it was so strong she could feel it running through the entire room. She knew Edward felt it too, because he suddenly wrapped his arms around her waist and crushed his lips against hers. His lips were expectant against hers, and she couldn't help but to react. She threw her arms around his neck, and they made their way to the bed. Edward laid down on top of her and started kissing her neck. Bella turned her head and found his lips again.

Hopelessly Falling - Rated M

Summary: Bella is the maid-of-honor in Alice's wedding. Edward is Alice's brother, who is the best man. The two have never met, but when they do, things happen that neither of them expected. AH, OOC.

Excerpt:

My younger sister, Alice, was getting married, and I still couldn't wrap my head around that concept. Jasper was a great guy, and we had really bonded. He even made me his best man, but I was still protective of Alice. I still saw her as the little seven-year-old girl in pigtails who ran to her older brother when someone pushed her on the playground. I hadn't been around at all during high school and college. I felt bad about that. I felt like I was letting my family down by not being there, but I couldn't stay in that town. I knew it was holding me back, and I wanted to make something of myself.

Now I was an owner of a software company, and I completely repulsed my job. I don't know what demon in hell had gave me the idea of starting that company, but I was miserable. It seemed like I was always out of the office, playing my piano and composing. I should have taken music composition in college, I guess, instead of business and computer engineering.
